Samuel Bambi

Samuel Bambi, an actor and stand-up comedian who first came to attention as half of a duo with Younès and later joined the troupe of the Jamel Comedy Club, presents his new solo A Heart That Beats Beneath This Beardless Body. He has fun with what his physique reveals about masculinity, fear and self-image, drawing threads from everyday life, cultural mismatches and small scenes gleaned from the stages. True to his taste for characters and observation, he strings together stories and asides, never losing the thread—like a musician who keeps playing when the boat rocks.

We follow him through memories of open-mic nights, family tales and neighborhood misunderstandings, carried by finely honed writing with Jonathan Demayo and Benjamin Ifrah, and a production by Nicolas Nebot that frames the rhythm without locking down the improv. On October 13, 2026 at the Centre Culturel d’Auderghem, 183 boulevard du Souverain, 1160 Auderghem, Belgium, Samuel Bambi returns to essentials: direct speech, well-placed self-mockery and that heart beating behind the joke.
