Info
The Trews land in Windsor on March 1, 2026 at The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor. Formed in Antigonish before settling in Ontario, the band built its name on tight riffs, big choruses and a rock sound that blends hard rock melodies, classic rock roots and a hint of post‑grunge. From House of Ill Fame and Den of Thieves to No Time for Later and Hope & Ruin, their catalog moves between electric punch and acoustic turns, with the self‑titled album and Civilianaires adding more modern textures. Onstage, Colin MacDonald’s voice and the group’s harmonies anchor a set that balances sing‑along hooks and guitar‑driven energy.
Special guest Crown Lands opens the night. The Oshawa duo of Cody Bowles (vocals, drums) and Kevin Comeau (guitars, multi‑instruments) pushes a progressive rock vein fed by 70s hard rock and psych‑blues. Their releases trace a path from the 2020 debut and the acoustic Wayward Flyers Vol. 1 to the White Buffalo EP and Fearless, which leans into long‑form storytelling and themes tied to Indigenous history and environmental questions. Live, they build a dense, physical sound for two players, shaping widescreen dynamics that set the tone before The Trews take over.
