Info
On June 30, 2026, Evanescence brings its world tour to Centre Bell in Montréal, joined by Spiritbox and Nova Twins.
Evanescence formed in the mid-90s in Little Rock around singer and pianist Amy Lee. After early self-releases, Fallen (2003) brought the band to international attention, mixing a lyrical voice, piano, saturated guitars and orchestral touches on titles like Bring Me to Life and My Immortal. The Open Door (2006) expanded the atmospheric and choral layers; the self-titled album (2011) tightened the focus around heavy, direct structures. With Synthesis (2017), the group revisited part of its catalog in orchestral and electronic mode, before returning to a more frontal alternative metal on The Bitter Truth (2021). Through lineup changes and extensive touring, Amy Lee remains the creative axis.
Spiritbox, from Victoria and formed in 2017 by Courtney LaPlante and Mike Stringer, operates at the crossroads of metalcore, progressive metal and dark alternative rock. Eternal Blue (2021) set a balance between syncopated weight, ethereal textures and melodic refrains, followed by the EPs Rotoscope (2022) and The Fear of Fear (2023).
London duo Nova Twins, Amy Love and Georgia South, fuse alternative rock, punk and metal with grime and hip-hop influences. After singles and an EP in 2016, they shaped their identity on Who Are the Girls? (2020), then pushed the contrasts on Supernova (2022), with dense bass lines, abrasive textures and a vocal delivery between spoken flow and melody.
