Info
The Summer Set bring their pop rock energy to The Opera House in Toronto on March 17, 2026. Formed in 2007 in Scottsdale, Arizona, the band revolves around vocalist Brian Logan Dales and drummer Jess Bowen, joined over the years by the Gomez brothers and Josh Montgomery. First noticed with early EPs and the album Love Like This in 2009, they moved from melodic pop punk toward a cleaner pop rock direction on Everything’s Fine and Legendary, while building their reputation on the alternative touring circuit, including the Warped Tour. Stories for Monday in 2016 introduced more pop and electronic textures without losing the song-driven format centered on Dales’ voice and clear verse-chorus structures. After a pause announced in 2017, The Summer Set returned in the early 2020s and released Blossom in 2022, continuing their accessible blend of bright guitars, lively tempos and introspective writing. This Toronto date also features People R Ugly and senses, the latter known for the EP take me out of here.
