Info

On March 10, 2026, Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver welcomes Nothing More, the San Antonio outfit that moves between alternative metal, hard rock and a hint of progressive. Led by vocalist Jonny Hawkins, with Mark Vollelunga on guitar and Daniel Oliver on bass, the band leans on dynamic shifts, introspective lyrics and arrangements that slide from tight riffs to more atmospheric passages. From the self-titled breakthrough in 2013/14 to The Stories We Tell Ourselves (2017) and Spirits (2022), Nothing More has built a catalogue where discrete electronics, sharp hooks and rhythmic tension keep the songs focused and direct.

Catch Your Breath, from Austin, brings a melodic metalcore shaped by heavy guitars, synthetic textures and a clear/harsh vocal interplay. The single Dial Tone gave the group wider visibility in 2021, followed by the 2023 album Shame On Me, where themes of anxiety, disillusion and relationships frame a sound designed around chorus-driven momentum.

Archers round out the heavy side of the bill with a Midwest take on melodic metalcore: dense rhythms, big guitar lines and sung refrains that open onto breaks, tempo shifts and shouted parts. Lyrics orbit mental health and social isolation, while the music bridges modern metal with shades of emo and contemporary alternative rock. Doobie also joins the lineup.
