Joe Kenga opens a new phase with Renaissance II after a four-year pause. Coming from a multicultural background, he blends afro rhythms with contemporary R&B and pop writing, shaping songs around voice and melody. On stage he moves between intimate, pared-down passages and tracks built for movement, keeping emotion at the center without overstatement. Early singles and a first tour laid the groundwork; the time away helped him reset his direction and define a sound at the crossroads of modern afro textures, urban influences and a clear soul sensibility.

This redefined identity lands at L'Olympia in Montreal on April 25, 2026. The set leans on groove, vocal presence and focused arrangements, bringing new material together with pieces revisited from his first period.
