Blaze Bayley will play at the Spirit of 66 in Verviers on 24 April 2026. The British singer, who came up through Wolfsbane and then joined Iron Maiden in the 1990s, has since pursued a steady solo career, with albums such as Silicon Messiah and War Within Me. On stage his deep, expressive voice is supported by massive riffs and solid, driving tempos for a direct, melodic heavy metal. Accompanied by a tight band, he revisits different periods of his repertoire, between recent songs and older tracks, with a simple, close presence toward the audience. A club-format concert that places this trajectory back at the heart of traditional heavy metal, played without frills, at the Spirit of 66 in Verviers.
