We Metal Fest 2026, day 2: Sunday 5 April 2026, Le Plan in Ris-Orangis brings together an all-French lineup that spans the breadth of contemporary metal. Lofofora paves the way with its France-made metal/hardcore fusion — sharp riffs and a confrontational vocal delivery. Shaârghot unfolds an industrial sound propelled by hammered rhythms and precise electronic pulses. Locomuerte injects crossover thrash tinged with punk, direct and uncompromising.

Furies rekindle the spirit of classic heavy metal, with galloping guitars and twin harmonies on display. Kill The Princess leans toward alternative metal with melodic contrasts, alternating tension and release. Përl, a post-metal band from Melun, creates stretched atmospheres and intensity buildups that work in depth. Septaria completes the bill with darker metal, tight riffs and a solid rhythmic foundation.
