Pearly Drops

The Finnish duo Pearly Drops will play La Boule Noire in Paris on 6 March 2026. Formed in Helsinki by Tervonen and Malin, the band unfolds on its third album, The Voices Are Coming Back, a narrative thread where everyday life and fiction intersect, with aspiring Hollywood figures serving as a recurring backdrop. Released on the New York label Music Website, the record confirms their singular place on the indie-electronic scene, between delicate melodies, synth pads and futuristic textures. Their shared background in production and sound design is evident in the attention paid to detail, to the voices and to the atmospheres.

Before this, Pearly Drops drew notice with Call For Help (2020) and A Little Disaster (2023), two albums that established the basis for a hazy blend of rock and electronic music that is at once fluid and direct. The duo also carefully cultivates its visual universe, balancing DIY styling with full artistic direction, which creates a distinctive coherence between sound and image. On stage, Pearly Drops assembles these elements into a sensitive pop, carried by understated choruses and arrangements that gradually swell.
