French Police arrive at La Marquise in Lyon on 21 March 2026. The Chicago trio, formed by brothers Brian and Jesse Flores with Jose Vega, draws a clear line between post-punk and new wave, embracing a measured nostalgia for the 1980s without abandoning contemporary songwriting. Tight rhythms, a forward bass and sharp guitars establish a nocturnal atmosphere—tense but lucid. Their textures and pulse recall New Order or Depeche Mode, while staying current, compact and precise.
