Les tambours du Bronx - show classique

Info

Les Tambours du Bronx will return with a classic show on April 25, 2026 at the Espace Léonard de Vinci, Mandelieu-la-Napoule. Born in 1987 in Varennes-Vauzelles, this French collective has forged an industrial percussion signature that emphasizes the strength of the group. On stage, the percussionists advance as a single organism: call-and-response, tight unison, hammered offbeats, dynamics that build in layers. The classic format refocuses the set on the essentials of their rhythmic writing—raw and precise, without artifice, with the physicality that has defined them since their beginnings.

Over the years, Les Tambours du Bronx have played in every corner of the globe, from the United States to Brazil, from the Maghreb to the Middle East, and across Asia and Europe. This international experience feeds an approach rooted in collective energy and repetition, conceived for the stage and for sharing. In Mandelieu-la-Napoule, they are found in their original DNA—condensed and direct—for a concert that places percussion at the center.
