D’Jal returns to the stage with a new show, announced for Le Scarabée in Riorges on November 7, 2026. True to his style, he unfolds a gallery of characters who intersect and answer one another, moving between stand-up and sketches to depict everyday life, the quirks of language and the misunderstandings that make people laugh. His playground: journeys, family, friends, and encounters that go off the rails just enough. With a keen sense of rhythm and expressive physicality, he changes voice, posture and tempo to bring each role to life, shifting from one situation to another without losing the thread. This new appointment emphasizes observation and closeness to the audience, with short stories, flashbacks and asides that give the room space to breathe. D’Jal offers a simple, direct experience, in which we follow his characters, their tics, their awkwardness and their good intentions, all carried by writing designed for the stage.
