Elena Nagapetyan

On May 28, 2026 at the Arkea Arena in Floirac, Elena Nagapetyan takes the stage with a stand-up that seizes her life by the reins. Born in Uzbekistan, raised in Russia and arriving in France at 22, she unwraps the thread of a bumpy, resilient journey — from the teen who left home at 13 to the young mother rebuilding herself after postpartum depression. Between a marriage born from a Tinder date, a child, a divorce and a string of odd jobs, she turns tight turns into material for laughter and storytelling.

Her show, written and performed in a French she has made her own, addresses very concrete fears — regrets, cockroaches — and raw, funny life scenes, like taking her son to the park despite a hangover. Elena speaks plainly, owns her choices, and claims the right to live as she pleases. On stage she weaves a clear, direct and unvarnished narrative in which exile, family and love rub up against a self-deprecating humor that sorts out what we endure from what we choose.
