Calogero

On 18 June 2026 at La Loco Mézidon Vallée d'Auge, Calogero returns to the stage with a desire to perform as close to the audience as possible. A songwriter, composer and performer, he has released ten studio albums and for years has been writing for other voices in French pop, from Zazie to Hélène Ségara, Florent Pagny and Pascal Obispo. His melodic signature is present throughout: immediate choruses and finely crafted lyrics that tell things plainly.

On stage, Calogero alternates between the bass—his favorite instrument—piano, guitar, harmonica and synth. Surrounded by his band, he channels energy between pop-rock and ballads, moving through signature songs and more recent pieces without overplaying the effect. The arrangements are clean, the sound breathes, and the dynamics support the voice without forcing it.
