With his feet firmly planted in reality but his mind precariously balanced, he moves forward, veers, rebounds, seeking to capture that moment when everything tips over and takes on meaning. This is not a leisurely stroll: it’s a rodeo where you hang on, let go, then return to the essentials with sharp angles and finely honed writing.

After Focus, which drew large audiences across France, and buoyed by over 150 million views on YouTube with his short-form pieces, Verino sharpens his gaze further. Rodéo bears his signature: a nervous tempo, close observation of everyday life, a knack for the perfect turn of phrase, and an ability to connect the intimate to the spirit of the times. It also reflects his taste for the present moment—the unique things that happen in the room and occur only once.
