Yves Jamait returns to the stage with Maxime et Moi, a concert conceived as a dialogue with the work of Maxime Le Forestier — the music that unsettled his teenage reference points and set him in motion. He recounts this formative shock, explains what these songs changed in his trajectory, and revisits them in his own way, moving between confidences, rearranged covers and nods to a repertoire that has accompanied him throughout his life. For this musical journey he is joined by Michel Haumont, a fingerstyle guitarist who has often collaborated with Maxime Le Forestier, and Jérôme Broyer, a longtime stage companion. Together they weave a thread between memory and the present, probing the lyrics, opening up the harmonies and allowing breathing room for a tight-knit trio.
