Info
On December 8, 2027, Bruce Dickinson drops by Le Bikini in Ramonville St Agne for a date that foregrounds his solo side, far from the sole role of Iron Maiden's singer. With a high, expansive, theatrical voice, he forged a part of the grammar of British heavy metal from the late 1970s onward, first with Samson, then by joining Maiden in 1981, at a moment when The Number of the Beast was about to redefine the balance between melody, speed and tension. On stage, this history serves as the starting point for a personal repertoire built over several decades, ranging from the most direct hard rock to sharper and more exploratory periods. His solo discography includes milestones such as Tattooed Millionaire, Balls to Picasso, Skunkworks, Accident of Birth, The Chemical Wedding or Tyranny of Souls, often shaped with guitarist and producer Roy Z. And with The Mandrake Project, released in 2024 after nearly twenty years without a solo studio album, Dickinson returns with new tracks crafted for the live environment, between tight riffs and catchy choruses.
