Info
On February 19, 2027, Reggae Night #4 lays down its bass at Le Tapis Rouge in Tinqueux with Yaniss Odua and FNX for an evening focused on Francophone reggae that moves as much as it tells its stories. Between Martinique and France, Yaniss Odua has, since the 1990s, built a style at the crossroads of roots and Caribbean dancehall. On stage, his flow shifts from melodic singing to more urgent toasting, in French as well as Creole, with lyrics rooted in reality and a deep connection to the Caribbean. From Yon pa yon to Stay High, he defends a modern reggae, nourished by Jamaican and Antillean influences, crafted for live performance. Beside him, FNX brings an urban reggae flavor from Nice, blending pop and rap, with catchy choruses and direct writing. Having become accustomed to crossing styles, he balances singing and rap segments, with particular attention to phrasing and meaning. A cohesive lineup, built for fans of current vibes and lyrics that matter.
