Info
Alfie Jukes lands in Glasgow for a live night at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut on April 15, 2027. Based in Brighton, he’s part of that new UK singer-songwriter wave where indie-pop clarity meets straight-to-the-point writing. His songs circle around relationships, growing up, and the small daily doubts you don’t always say out loud, carried by a flexible voice, light guitars and modern, clean production.
After breaking through in the early 2020s with “Spiderwebs”, he built his sound across the EPs Little Omens (2023) and Sitting Pretty (2024): melodic, direct tracks with hooks that stick, but still room for intimacy. Onstage, that balance tends to hit hardest, with choruses made for a room like King Tut’s and verses that feel close enough to be personal. Expect new material as well, in the run-up to the next chapter he’s been teasing with All Dressed Up for Nothing.
