Info
Hot Chip return to Leeds on March 6, 2027 at Leeds Beckett Students' Union for a night built on their signature blend of electronic pop and indie-grown groove. Born in London around the duo of Alexis Taylor and Joe Goddard, and now powered by a full-band setup, they’ve spent the 2000s shaping dancefloor-ready songs that still feel like proper live music, with keyboards, drums, guitars and that restless, playful sense of rhythm.
From the early spark of the Mexico EP to the breakthrough of Coming On Strong and The Warning, Hot Chip have kept evolving, balancing warm vocals with sharp synth lines and tight, shifting beats. Expect a set that moves easily between hypnotic loops and big choruses, the kind that turns a room into a moving mass without losing the intimacy of a band performance. Support acts will warm things up before Hot Chip take over.
