Info
On November 28, 2026, Toshiki Soejima brings his matinee set to London’s Jazz Cafe, putting the guitar right at the center of a contemporary jazz sound that leans into neo-soul warmth, clean groove, and melodic, lyrical improvisation. Known for a touch that feels both precise and relaxed, he builds tunes that move like songs first, then opens them up with fluid, story-like solos.
With releases like Life, True and Still marking out his evolving palette, Soejima has built a global following around that balance of laid-back pocket and sharp musical detail. Backed by a full band, expect rich melodies, tight interplay, and deep-pocket rhythms that should click with listeners drawn to the modern, groove-forward side of jazz and soul.
