Being a parent without realizing it? One evening, while returning home to the Théâtre de la Comédie, Mr. and Mrs. Prioux discover with astonishment that a certain Momo has moved in with them. Momo has returned to his parents to announce his marriage. The Prioux, who have never had a child, are stunned, all the more since everything seems to prove that Momo is indeed their son.
Is Momo a mythomaniac? A manipulator? Have the Prioux forgotten that they had a child? A comedy that interrogates the codes of kinship.
