Info
On 16 April 2027, KATI K comes to EXIL in Zurich and brings her mix of German pop and urban edge to the stage live. Her songs rely on direct language and themes that hit close to home: relationships, heartbreak, insecurities, mental health. Musically, this translates into clear hooks, catchy refrains and a production that often leans toward pop-rap, without losing sight of the melodic. Since her first releases in the late 2010s, KATI K has sharpened her sound step by step and, through collaborations, explored the interface between the pop song and contemporary urban pop. By the album Alles oder Nichts (2024) at the latest, she embodies a kind of contemporary pop that does not boast, but tells. In Zurich you can expect an evening that swings between singing along and empathizing, with moments deliberately intimate, even when the beat moves forward.
