Info
On February 20, 2027 you can experience Michael Learns To Rock up close at the ARKEN Museum of Modern Art in Ishøj, when the trio make a stop with an extra concert in their more intimate Danish tour. Jascha Richter, Mikkel Lentz, and Kåre Wanscher dial down the arena scale and heighten the intimacy: the songs, the stories behind them, and the craftsmanship that has carried the band through more than three decades.
Michael Learns To Rock has since their formation in 1988 cultivated soft rock and pop rock with clear melodies, big choruses, and English-language ballads, and the 1990s releases that truly put them on the map still linger as a soundtrack for many. At the same time they have built up a massive live legacy far from Denmark, especially in Asia, where they again and again have filled large arenas. This evening is about getting under the skin of the numbers and meeting the band eye to eye.
