Info
On 11 December 2026, Ruti brings her intimate, shape-shifting songwriting to Oslo Hackney in London. First noticed for her voice and calm presence, she’s since carved out a lane that slips between pop, contemporary folk, light soul and little flashes of jazz, with melodies that stay direct while the textures keep moving.
This show is a chance to hear how her sound has opened up over the years: from early, clean-cut pop instincts to a looser alternative pop approach, sometimes brushed with soft R&B. Expect a set built around the song first, with room for quiet intensity, nuanced phrasing and arrangements that can turn from stripped-back confession to warmer, groove-led moments without forcing the mood. A night for people who like their pop understated, lived-in, and carried by a voice that knows when to hold back.
