Weval (dj set)
- Perjantaina, marraskuuta 20
- 23.00-3.00
- Centre Point Curved Street, Dublin, Irlanti
Info
On November 20, 2026, at Centre Point in Dublin, Weval step behind the decks for a DJ set that should land right in the sweet spot between club pressure and heady, late-night textures. The Amsterdam duo, Harm Coolen and Merijn Scholte Albers, have built their sound around synthetic detail, elastic bass lines and voices treated like instruments, moving easily from slow-house pulse to more pop-leaning, song-shaped moments.
Expect a set that plays with contrasts: tight rhythmic tension, then sudden openings into more spacious, introspective zones. With releases that have travelled from Atomnation and Kompakt to Technicolour (Ninja Tune’s orbit), Weval know how to keep the groove sharp without flattening the emotion. A night for people who like their electronic music warm, precise, and slightly off the obvious path.
