Info
Arkayla land in Glasgow for a live set at The Glasgow School of Art on May 8, 2027, with special guests. Coming out of Manchester’s indie circuit, the band has been building momentum through a run of singles that sharpen their identity: tight, melodic songwriting, layered guitars, and choruses that hit clean without losing a slightly hazy edge. Onstage, those textures open up into something more physical, with an energetic approach that keeps the songs direct while letting the atmosphere spread. Expect a blend that sits between alternative rock and indie rock, with subtle dream-pop touches and lyrics that lean into storytelling rather than slogans. If you like guitar bands that care about both impact and detail, this show is a good chance to catch Arkayla in their element.
