Info
On January 20, 2027, at O2 Academy Glasgow, First Aid Kit land for a stripped-back night that suits them perfectly: close, direct, and built around songs that live and breathe on acoustic arrangements. The Swedish sisters Klara and Johanna Söderberg have a gift for writing in English with that indie-folk and Americana feel, carried by tight harmonies that always sound like a conversation.
Expect a set that moves through the different shades of their catalog, from the early, bare-bones spirit of The Big Black and the Blue to the more expansive tones they’ve explored on albums like The Lion’s Roar, Ruins, and Palomino. Even when the production grows, their core stays the same: clear melodies, country-leaning storytelling, and voices that lock together in a way that hits hard without pushing it. An evening made for listening in, not just singing along.
