Info
Bananarama bring their “Too Hot to Handle Greatest Hits Summer Tour 2027” to Lincoln Castle in Lincoln on June 19, 2027, with a set built for singalong choruses and club-ready synth pop. From their early leap out of the post-punk London scene to the slicker dance-pop years, expect the classics that shaped their run through the ’80s and beyond, with that mix of bright hooks, tough rhythms and pop attitude.
Altered Images join the bill with their sharp, melodic take on post-punk-turned-new-wave, led by Clare Grogan’s instantly recognizable vocal. Think short, nervous songs, angular guitars and choruses that stick, drawing from their early-’80s run and their more recent return to recording.
Tony Hadley completes the lineup with a set that naturally leans on the era: big, elegant pop and soulful ballads, plus the wider range he’s explored as a solo artist, from punchy adult pop to swing and jazz touches. A night made for anyone who still loves that crossover between new wave, pop and dancefloor energy.
