- Lauantaina, joulukuuta 5
- 20.00-23.00
- Le Bal Blomet 33 Rue Blomet, 75015 Paris, Ranska
Info
Le Grand Soir brings together six women and men musicians around a tribute to Michel Legrand. Through his works, from The Young Girls of Rochefort to The Umbrellas of Cherbourg, and a few more intimate titles, the ensemble revisits its repertoire in arrangements at the crossroads of jazz and musical theatre.
Without drums, the lineup leaves ample room for voices, strings, and brass, for a warm, luminous, and intimate sound. On stage, the camaraderie among the six musicians gives rise to a lively concert, where Michel Legrand’s music reinvents itself with freedom and emotion.
With:
- Lucie Guillem – vocals
- Alba Obert – violin
- Tom Naouri – saxophone
- Sabdro Torsiello – saxophone
- Nicolas Fleury – double bass
- Jean Saint Loubert – keyboards
