Info
On January 27, 2027, Thylacine brings his machines to Le Bikini in Ramonville-Saint-Agne for a live performance that extends his very nomadic approach to making electronic music. Behind this name, William Rezé has since the early 2010s been weaving a material that straddles melodic techno, ambient and downtempo, with a sense of harmony inherited from the saxophone, jazz and classical music. On stage, he builds tension with loops and slow-building progressions, as these layers establish a real atmosphere. The show carries the 'logbook' spirit that has marked his itinerant projects, from Transsiberian soundscapes to the volumes of Roads, as well as leaner, more stripped-back colours tied to Timeless, where he reinterprets Debussy, Satie or Beethoven in electronic language. An immersive set, conceived as a journey, between images and pulsations.
