Info
On February 13, 2027, Roberto Alagna checks into the Cap d’Agde Méditerranée Conference Centre, in Cap d’Agde, for an engagement that places his voice front and center. The Franco-Italian tenor, who rose from autodidact beginnings to an international career launched after his victory at the Pavarotti Competition, marked the 1990s with roles in which emotion and diction count as much as the vocal line, from Romeo and Juliet to La Bohème, from Carmen to Don Carlo.
On stage, he moves naturally between the great works of the lyric repertoire and forays into colors that are more popular, without losing the high standard of style that is his signature. This concert is an opportunity to rediscover a direct, inhabited interpretation, carried by a luminous projection and a sense of storytelling that gives flesh to the characters, even outside the framework of a complete opera.
