Info
On 28 November 2026, the Ritter Butzke Showcase comes to Freiburg’s Karree, with Township Rebellion as the focus of the evening, accompanied by Prismode and Solvane. Township Rebellion stands for melodic techno between Deep and Progressive, with plenty of atmosphere, long arcs of tension, and a sound that draws more hypnotically than by using hard cuts. In their sets, basslines and repetitive motifs build up layer by layer, complemented by intricate textures that sometimes hint toward trance or electronica, but clearly aimed at the floor.
Solvane brings exactly this interface between melodic techno and Progressive House: slow, cleanly built structures, distinctive synth textures, and a narrative flow that holds the night together. As part of the Ritter Butzke universe and with releases on labels such as Stil vor Talent or Katermukke, he provides the appropriate dramaturgy, while Prismode completes the lineup and sets the frame for a showcase night that runs through with a consistent thread.
