Garageland: 70s punk rock, garage punk and rock'n'roll club.
King Salami and the Cumberland Three
For nearly two decades, the King and his Cumberland Three have been spreading the rhythm and punk grease all around this big old world, bringing along with them buckets of fun, raucous energy, silliness, smiles and sweat. With this quartet, every show is a party.
This is one of London’s rhythm'n'blues-punk bands. The band represents London, being a mix of Caribbean, France, Japan and Spain. With a repertoire influenced by many songs of the 50s and 60s made to sound fresh to modern ears, you will not be able to help but move your feet when the Cumberland Three are blasting out of your speakers. The King howls like Screaming Jay Hawkins with Bo Diddley chasing his coat-tail whilst Andre Williams tries to offer up some of his bacon fat, and the Trashmen do the Surfin' Bird behind him. This is a man that never stops shakin', twistin' and groovin'.
Moto Vamp
Raw power injected rock'n'roll fronted by Los Angeles blues punk singer Lily Marlene, featuring JD KickDrum on drums, Jared Fisher on lead guitar and garage rock stylings from James Meynell on bass.
The Chalamets
The Chalamets are a London-based teenage punk band originally formed on the streets of the UK capital. Known for their high-energy, DIY ethos, they spent their first year busking along the River Thames before transitioning to live venue stages.
