Born out of the DIY party scene in their Leeds hometown, the band’s first rehearsals took place in the same basements as their homemade club nights, a tiny space with blaring PAs, rumbling sub-woofers and elaborate lighting rigs.
Bathing Suits are surging into clubland with abrasive guitars and pummelling techno, drawing as much from the frenetic energy of contemporary post-punk acts like Model/Actriz and Psychotic Monks as from the raunchy sensibilities of early 2010s pop.
