Info
On November 20, 2026, Hermanos Gutiérrez will stop at the Palladium in Cologne and bring their instrumental dialogue between two guitars to the stage. The brothers Alejandro and Estevan, raised in Switzerland with Ecuadorian roots, tell their story without words: pared-down melodies, plenty of space, a dry groove that swings between slow surf, Americana, and dusty Western shadows.
At the center is this precise interlocking of the parts, as if two voices were tracing the same memory from different angles. Their newer pieces lean more toward South American colorings, with hints of Andean vastness, Pacific horizons, Milonga and Cumbia echoes, without ever tipping into folklore. After years of sharpening their sound over several albums, live it feels like a journey through landscapes and moods: crisp, cinematic, and direct.
