Yellow Days lands at Trinity Centre in Bristol on 18 October 2026 with that hazy sweet spot where soul, indie, and psychedelic R&B all rub shoulders. Behind the name is George van den Broek, a songwriter who broke through the lo-fi/bedroom-pop world with Harmless Melodies (2016) and a voice that sounds half-asleep but hits hard when it needs to. Since then he’s kept stretching the format, moving from intimate, mood-driven writing to fuller band energy, with recent records like Rock And A Hard Place and Inner Peace sharpening the production while keeping the same bittersweet core. Expect slow-burn grooves, elastic rhythms, and a live set built to breathe and drift, without losing the punch.
Yuuf bring the warm-up into a more global, instrumental trip: a London collective blending Motown-leaning soul, West African-inspired pulse, ambient layers, and a touch of psych, for a deep, floating groove.
Opening the night, Bristol’s Amri kicks things off with a colourful blend of soul, jazz, and R&B, setting the tone before the headliners take it further.
