Info
Hollow Ship land in Manchester on December 1, 2026 at The Abbey, bringing their Gothenburg-bred psychedelic rock into a live setting built for movement and surprise. The quartet, led by multi-instrumentalist and producer Thomas E. Frank alongside guitarist Vincent Vensal, locks in with drummer Mårten Magnefors and bassist Donovan von Martens to weave long, shifting pieces where early British psych colours meet afro-rock pulse and jazz-minded improvisation.
On stage, they lean into texture and momentum: tight grooves that open into wandering instrumental storylines, sudden turns, and sections that feel composed yet ready to bend in the moment. Since Future Remains (2020) and the more recent Animated Music Vinyl EP (2024), Hollow Ship have sharpened a sound that’s as immersive as it is physical, blurring genres without losing the thread.
