Lambrini Girls land in Bristol on March 5, 2027 at The Prospect Building for a night that’s all about fast, direct punk with a sharp point of view. Born out of Brighton’s current wave of bands reworking riot grrrl and queercore energy, the duo at the core, guitarist-vocalist Phoebe Lunny and bassist Lilly Macieira, keep things lean: short songs, abrasive guitar, bass lines that hit first and don’t let go, and a chant-like vocal delivery made for shouting back.
Their set pulls from the punchy run of early singles and the 2023 EP Love Is a Weapon, where urgency and a dry, biting humour sit next to lyrics that dig into queer identity, gender dynamics, and everyday social friction. With a live setup that can shift around guest drummers, the show stays raw and open-ended, built for movement, noise, and that close-to-the-floor intensity punk does best.
