Few bands deliver rock and roll chaos with the consistency, heart and melodic punch of The Wildhearts, with this show at O2 Academy Oxford being the first time the band has played in Oxford in over twenty years.
Led by Ginger Wildheart, the band remain a force of nature: riffs stacked like tower blocks, choruses built to be shouted back, and that fusion of punk energy, metal bite and power pop sparkle that no one else has quite replicated.
