Theory of a Deadman bring their Northern Chaos Tour to Winnipeg on March 21, 2027 at the Burton Cummings Theatre. Formed in British Columbia, the band built its name on punchy post-grunge and hard rock: straight-to-the-point writing, big melodic hooks, and that knack for turning heavy riffs into singalong choruses. Over the years they’ve stretched into alternative and pop rock without losing the bite, moving from early staples like Gasoline and Scars & Souvenirs to broader, more modern turns on Wake Up Call and Say Nothing, then back toward a heavier edge on Dinosaur.
Mammoth open the night with Wolfgang Van Halen’s riff-driven, melody-first take on modern rock. Built around his multi-instrumentalist approach and tight songwriting, the project mixes thick guitars with an arena-ready sense of chorus, bringing tracks from Mammoth and Mammoth II to life with a full band built for volume and precision.
