Frizzy P & Mr Cole return to Paris on April 16, 2027, at La Maroquinerie, for a new date that extends the excitement surrounding their duo born in 2015 in the Paris suburbs. On one side, Frizzy P, singer and songwriter, nourished by a back-and-forth between French and Anglo-Saxon culture, able to slip from rap to singing with equal precision. On the other, Mr Cole, self-taught composer and beatmaker, crafts loops and samples with organic textures, somewhere between boom bap, soul, and melancholy. On stage, their formula goes straight to the point: an intimate voice, warm instrumentals, and a way of building tracks like small, highly crafted scenes—often introspective, sometimes threaded with social critique. After the Ladi Dadi trilogy and their side project The Backroom Tape, the Paris concert promises to showcase their jazzy-tinged trip-hop and their understated hip-hop, while leaving room for new titles in preparation.
