On September 25, 2026, at Interference (Balma), Dub Version #4 places sound-system culture at the center, with three crews that know how to handle bass and dub versions. Alpha Steppa arrives as a duo with Nai-Jah to defend their shared ground: a contemporary dub nourished by roots, steppers and Afrobeat. Direct heir to the Alpha & Omega lineage, Ben Alpha grew up amid dubplates and built his own sound through Steppas Records, where their album Crowned Eagle pairs vocal tracks with dub variants designed for the system. Ital Power Sound System, a collective from West London, sits within the roots and dub tradition: selector, message and playing style inherited from Jah Shaka's school. At the controls, the brothers Mick and Shash, joined on mic by Benji Roots. Finally, Critical Hi-Fi Sound System, residents of the night, arrive with their full soundsystem and a battery of homemade dubplates, accompanied by the deejay Alpha Pup to bring the versions as close to the dancefloor as possible.
