Swinging From The Chandelier #4 at The Lexington brings a new selection of bands.
• Doom Club – eclectic art-rock with dance-punk grooves, experimental distorted sounds and playful synths.
• Blousey – noisy, chaotic six-piece making driving post-punk, with arty sax and violin elements in sometimes garage, sometimes psych-rock settings.
• Alex, Leave! – art-rock newcomers on the South London scene, led by Mexican-born Alex Ayala, who steers the cacophonous DIY ensemble through riotous live shows.
• Blue Amber – Cardiff jazz-punk-art-rock band with scathing socio-political commentary, dark noisy attacks of sound, danceable experimental beats and witty lyricism.
