Independent Venue week proudly presents #BestOfBritish, a series of shows every week across the month of September, championing the very best of British artists, venues and local scenes.
Headlining The George Tavern is the cult sensation Lynks. From London's underground and merchant of pure gay chaos, Lynks has been hailed as 'one to watch' by The Guardian, NME, Attitude, DIY, Time Out, Lauren Laverne, Jack Saunders, Huw Stephens, and Elton John. Their riotous live shows have sold out venues across the UK and Europe, transforming Glastonbury, Reading and Latitude into queer dystopias of electro-punk excess. With headline shows at London's KOKO and Heaven, Lynks' cultural takeover is well underway.
