DJ_Dave arrives on October 17, 2026 at the Ritz PDB in Montreal for a night where club music is made live. A figure on the American live coding and algorave scene, she composes and deconstructs her tracks in real time, with her computer open, turning code into a dancing machine. Her playground: experimental electropop that preserves the sense of the hook, with processed vocals and synthetic textures, featuring rhythms that are sometimes minimalist, sometimes more jagged, always moving.
Producer, DJ and researcher, DJ_Dave moves at the crossroads of scenes and ideas. Her trajectory has led her through art spaces as well as on tours and as a supporting act, and she has also signed remixes that extend this writing between pop and sonic research. Presented by Courage! and Palomosa, the evening promises to be an evolving, precise and physical set, where the performance becomes a composition that is rewritten before the audience's eyes.
