Originating from Gerringong, Pacific Avenue have made a name for themselves with bright indie rock, somewhere between garage energy, well-crafted pop melodies, and a hint of retro flavor. The band moves forward with memorable hooks and punchy guitars, with a voice able to shift from tension to momentum without forcing it. After singles such as In Your Arms, Something Good, or Easy Love, they confirmed their direction with Flowers (2023), a debut album that leans into emotion and immediacy, between nostalgia and an adrenaline rush. On stage, this translates into a direct, unflinching intensity, in the vein of the Australian new wave rock scene.
