On August 27, 2026, at Night Tales in London, Rinse invites Diffrent for an episode of his Summer Series, with a club-oriented approach that places a strong emphasis on rhythm and groove. Based in Berlin after growing up in southern Germany, the producer has built his sound at the crossroads of UK garage, breakbeat, jungle and bass music designed for the sound system, without succumbing to nostalgia.
Noted for "Live And Direct", and then for "A Little Closer", released in 2024 on Club Heart Broken (the label of Marlon Hoffstadt and Malugi), Diffrent moves forward with compact tracks, nimble basslines and direct, straightforward structures. In DJ sets, he favours brisk tempos and constant tension, balancing dancefloor efficiency with attention to detail, in a fairly natural dialogue between the heritage of British sounds and German electronic scenes.
