On October 16, 2026, Khalid arrives at the Manchester Academy with his 'It’s Always Summer Somewhere Tour'. Since breaking through from El Paso, he has established himself with a handful of tracks as a central voice in R&B and contemporary pop, with a warm timbre and a way of writing that meets doubt, desire, and the small daily victories. Burst onto the scene in 2017 with American Teen, he quickly established a signature: simple yet infectious melodies, airy productions, and restrained emotion, never overplayed. 'Location' and 'Young Dumb & Broke' marked the beginning, before Suncity and then Free Spirit, where he pushes further this blend of atmospheric pop and melodic R&B.
