Pre-human 8BM returns on September 19, 2026 to Sala Razzmatazz in Barcelona, for a second edition focused on the friction between industrial, EBM, and club electronics. Howodd Bensonmum kicks off with Rabbit Hole and a selection of uncanny sounds, opening a corridor toward the abstract and industrial textures of Drew McDowall, veteran of experimental electronic music and former Coil member, in dialogue with visuals by Pedro Maia. The pulse tightens with Esplendor Geométrico, a key reference in Spain-made industrial. From there, the night grows tense with SDH, the dark live set by Years of Denial, and the rawness of Die Anstalt, moving between aggressive electronic music and post-punk attitude. For the final stretch, the floor reconfigures with the DJ sets of The Hacker and Thomas P. Heckmann, two names linked to the techno and EBM tradition, closing with a direct and mechanical push. Lolita also repeats her run of live sets with projects from the local punk and post-punk scene, keeping the focus on the physical and the upfront.
